Lemon Garlic Chick Pea Spread Recipe

Ingredients
1 can(1 pound) chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
4 drops hot red pepper sauce,or to taste
Directions
1 ln a food processor or blender, whirl the chick peas, green peas, lemon juice, oil, cumin, garlic, salt, and red pepper sauce for 1 minute or until pureed.
Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour before serving.
Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for 2 days.
