Lemon Fruit Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 of a 4 1/2-ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping
1 4-serving-size package instant lemon pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup cream sherry
1 16-ounce can tropical fruit salad, chilled and drained
Sliced almonds
Directions
Let whipped topping stand at room temperature while preparing parfaits.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use the 1 3/4 cups milk and the cream sherry in place of the liquid called for.
Chill in freezer 10 minutes.
Spoon pudding into each of 6 parfait glasses.
Add a layer of tropical fruit salad to each.
Top with dessert topping.
Chill in freezer till serving time, if desired.
