1 pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin
 
2 cup prepared nondairy whipped topping
 
sprigs of mint

Directions

Prepare lemon gelatin as directed on package.
When the gelatin is firm, beat with an electric mixer.
Then beat in nondairy whipped topping.
Transfer to 10 dessert glasses or serving dishes.
Chill until firm.
Decorate with mint sprigs just before serving.
