Lemon Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 1 15 Ounce | |
| 1 — 3 ounce box lemon gelatin | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Chill milk 3 hours.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 CUPS hot water chill until thick and then beat until fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Beat milk until thick add first mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs into 13x9x2 inch pan.
Pour in mixture and cover top with other 1/2 of crumbs.
Chill until firm.
