Lemon Fig Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried figs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Zest of 1 1/2 lemons, finely minced | ||
| 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley | ||
| Thyme leaves | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Cayenne powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons pure lemon extract | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Puree all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
