 1 pound fingerling potatoes, scrubbed and cut lengthwise in half
 Dill1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil4 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
2 Combine the potatoes, dill, lemon juice, and oil in a bowl; spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast 20 minutes; turn the potatoes. Roast the potatoes until tender and golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
