3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon gelatin
Juice of 1 lemon
Peel of 1 lemon
Directions
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar with electric mixer till light and airy.
2. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons hot water. Mix with egg yolks and add lemon juice and lemon peel.
3. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
4. Fold egg whites into egg yolks and pour mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours till firm. Garnish with grapes and serve with cookies.
