Lemon Daiquiri Punch Recipe

Ice
 
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) light rum
 
180 ml (6 measures) Cointreau
 
180 ml (6 measures) bottled lemon juice
 
750 ml (3 cups) lemon-flavoured mineral water
 
30 ml (1 measure) blue curacao

Directions

Place ice in punch bowl.
Add rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, flavoured mineral water and blue curacao.
Stir to mix.
If punch proves too tart, add a tablespoon of caster (superfine) sugar or serve punch in sugar-frosted punch cups.
