Lemon Dainties Recipe
Ingredients
1 large egg
8 oz. sugar-free lemon
Pkg. cake mix
Directions
Beat large egg until light and fluffy.
Beat in half of the lemon cake mix until creamy Thoroughly stir in remaining cake mix with a fork.
Drop from a teaspoon about 2 in. (5 cm) apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 10 minutes or until edges of cookies are delicately tanned.
Carefully remove from pan immediately.
