Ingredients

 Butter3 Ounce
 Eggs3 Large
 Caster sugar6 Ounce
 Rind and juice of 2 lemons

Directions

Put butter, sugar, lemon juice and very finely grated rind into a basin, and stand this over a pan of boiling water.
Blend all together, and when butter has melted, add the eggs, well whisked, to the other ingredients.
Stir until mixture thickens, which will take about 20 minutes.
Pour into warmed jars and cover when cold.

The recipe may taste good but it needs more details like how many jars will this make? More description on "warm jars" some know but some may not..do you temper eggs before adding them to hot mixture?? etc....
