Lemon Crumb Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Jello package | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 3 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted margarine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Dissolve Jello, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until very thick.
Add milk and whip until fluffy.
Meanwhile, mix margarine and cracker crumbs.
Press firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, reserving about 1/2 cup for garnishing the top.
Pour in lemon mixture and chill.
