Ingredients

 Jello package1
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiling water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Evaporated milk3 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 Graham cracker crumbs4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Melted margarine2/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Dissolve Jello, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until very thick.
Add milk and whip until fluffy.
Meanwhile, mix margarine and cracker crumbs.
Press firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, reserving about 1/2 cup for garnishing the top.
Pour in lemon mixture and chill.
