Lemon Crinkles Recipe

| Lemon extract | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

| All purpose flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Tablespoon, grated |

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, cream butter and three quarters a cup of sugar; beat in vanilla, egg, lemon extract and milk
2. Sift in flour, baking powder and soda little by little and blend it in each time; chill this dough till firm enough to handle
3. Make marble sized balls out of the dough with the palms and roll them in a mixture of the remaining half cup of sugar and lemon peel
4. Place them on ungreased cookie sheet, two inches apart and bake at 350°F for ten minutes, remove and cool on a wire rack
