Lemon Cream Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner-€™s sugar - 2 1/2 cup, sifted | ||
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Yellow food color - few drops | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, take butter or margarine. Beat it well to cream it.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and again beat it well to make a smooth consistency. If the cream seems too stiff, add a few drops of hot water so that it can be spread easily.
SERVING
3. Spread Lemon Cream Frosting over White Wonder Cake to serve.
