I am making a lemon coffee cake. It is a special treat for the morning.
Ingredients
Butter
Sugar
Lemon Yogurt
Lemon peel
Eggs
Directions
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add one egg at a time and beat it.
Add lemon yogurt and lemon peel.
Now add all the dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.
Transfer into a greased pan.
Refrigerate it overnight.
