Lemon Cilantro Shrimps Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimps | 500 Gram, deveined | |
| Coriander/ cilantro | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp soya sauce | ||
| 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar | ||
| Red chilli flakes | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok/frying pan. Add garlic. Fry till it starts to change colour.
2. Add salt, sugar and red chilli flakes. Stir.
3. Add shrimps and lemon juce. Stir fry for 1 minute.
4. Add lettuce and cilantro/coriander, cook for a minute.
5. Add soya sauce and stir fry sauce. Cook till shrimps turn whitish and are no longer pink, for about 2 minutes.
6. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and crushed peppercorns.
