Lemon Cheese Dessert Bombe Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup lemon yogurt | ||
| Fresh strawberries, halved | ||
Directions
In small saucepan soften gelatin in the water; stir in milk.
Cook and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
Combine cream cheese and sugar; stir in yogurt.
Gradually blend in gelatin mixture.
Pour into six 1/2-cup molds.
Chill till set.
Unmold; garnish with halved fresh strawberries, if desired.
