Lemon Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
6 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1 cup white sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Rind of 1 lemon
Directions
Beat eggs well.
Cook in double boiler and add sugar, butter, lemon juice and rind, and cook until it thickens.
Grand for a filling for small tarts.
