Lemon Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds carrots scraped and cut in 1/2-inch dice | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Juice 1 lemon | ||
Directions

Simmer the carrots in salted water until tender.
Drain.

Add to the pan the remaining ingredients, stir well, and cook 5 minutes, shaking the pan 2 or 3 times to coat the carrots well with the sauce.
