Lemon Caper Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gherkin | 1 | |
Directions
Beat egg yolks in processor or blender until thick, add oil very slowly, beating constantly until thick.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, capers and gherkin, blend until smooth.
