Lemon Cake Cups Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Oleo | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Egg yolks-3 -beaten | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites-3-stiffly beaten | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Grease pyrex baking cups
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, flour and oleo
4. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and the milk
5. Add the lemon juice to the beaten egg mixture
6. Beat the egg whites separately and add them to the egg mixture gently
7. Fill the pyrex baking cups halfway and place them in the preheated oven
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or till done
SERVING
9. Serve at room temperature
