Lemon Butter Cream Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar package | 1 , powdered | |
| Lemon Rind- 1/2 teaspoon, grated | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat butter or margarine until soft.
2) While still beating, add sugar alternately with lemon rind, salt, lemon juice, and milk.
3) Beating until smooth and spreadable.
SERVING
