Lemon-Broiled Salmon Sausage Recipe

4 6-oz (720 g) Salmon Sausages, cut in 2-inch diagonal pieces
 
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
 
1 tsp (5 ml) fresh tarragon
 
1 tsp (5 ml) fresh basil
 
6 tbs (90 ml) melted butter
 
6 tbs (90 ml) lemon juice
 
1/2 tbs (8 ml) Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat broiler.
Place sausages on a broiling tray.
Whisk together remaining ingredients, pour over sausages and marinate 5 minutes.
Remove 1/2 the liquid before broiling.
Broil 3-4 minutes, 3-5 inches from heat, basting occasionally.
Turn sausages.
Broil and baste another 3-4 minutes.
