Lemon Broiled Fish Recipe
Lemon broiled fish is a tangy fish preparation. Made with a flavored breadcrumb coating mix of parsley with lemon juice for moisture, and a hint of paprika, the fish is broiled with a topping of extra breadcrumb mix. Served with sides of choice, it makes a nice and satifying meal.
Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 1/4 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Fish fillets | 1 pound, frozen | |
Directions
Combine margarine and juice.
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of the lemon mixture.
Add paprika to remaining lemon mixture.
Dip fish into paprika mixture; broil until fish flakes with fork.
Top with bread crumb mixture.
Return to broiler; heat through.
Refrigerate leftovers.
