Lemon Broiled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Corn syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each dried thyme and marjoram | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Fryer chicken | 1 Pound | |
Directions
To make basting sauce, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Arrange chicken pieces on broiler pan.
Preheat broiler and broil chicken about 3 inches from heat about 30 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce until all is used.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
