Lemon Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box lemon cake mix | ||
| 1 3 3/4-oz. package instant lemon pudding mix | ||
| 1/2 2-oz. box poppy seed | ||
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Salad oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix the cake mix, pudding mix and poppy seed in a bowl.
Add the eggs, oil and water and beat well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
