Lemon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup chopped pecans, optional Clear Lemon Glaze
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large mixer bowl, beat sugar and margarine until fluffy.
Add eggs, 1 at a time; beat well.
Gradually beat in ReaLemon® brand.
Add milk alternately with dry ingredients; stir well.
Add pecans if desired.
Turn into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Remove from oven; drizzle with Clear Lemon Glaze.
Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely.
Store tightly wrapped.
