Lemon Blueberry Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Dash – soy sauce (1-2 Tbsp.) | ||
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1?2 c. fresh lemon juice | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cook 30 – 45 minutes. Or until desired consistency.
