Lemon Blossom Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
4 cups unsifted flour
Finely chopped nuts, optional
Assorted fruit preserves and jams or pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large mixer bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add ReaLemon® brand; beat well.
Gradually add flour; mix well.
Chill 2 hours.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts if desired.
Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
Press thumb in center of each ball; fill with preserves or pecan.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
