Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except topping in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat 30 seconds; stop mixer and scrape beater and bowl. Beat 4 minutes longer at medium speed.
2. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
3. Bake at 350°F about 35 minutes, or until cake is golden and springs back when lightly touched.
4. Remove cake from oven. While still hot, prick holes 3/4 of the way through cake with fork. Spread topping evenly over top.
