Lemon And Apricot Mousse Recipe

Lemon And Apricot Mousse is simply delicious and filling. I have tried this Lemon And Apricot Mousse recipe in my friend wedding and I just feel in love with the taste of Lemon And Apricot Mousse.

Ingredients

 
1 lemon flavoured jelly
 
3 egg whites
 
1 medium sized can apricots
 
3/4 pint lightly whipped cream or evaporated milk

Directions

Open can of apricots and pour out the juice.
Add enough water to give 3/4 pint liquid.
Heat this and dissolve in it the lemon jelly.
When cold, add cream and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put most of the apricots at the bottom of a shallow dish.
Pile the mixture on top.
When firm, decorate with the remaining apricots.
