Leg of Lamb Recipe
My friends like this Leg of Lamb recipe. This recipe was given to me by one of my uncle. It is truly delicious. Whenever we organizing any party at home, this dish is surely included in party menu. Ingredients
2 leg of lamb
4 oz. apple cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic
4 tsp. rosemary
4 tbsp. butter
4 bay leaves
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt, Pepper and Thyme to taste
Directions
Stage1-Pour vinegar over leg of lamb.
Stage2-Score meat and insert 1 clove of slivered garlic.
Stage3- Saute clove of garlic and rosemary in butter.
Stage4-Pour this over meat and brush.
Stage5- Salt, pepper and lightly sprinkle with thyme.
Stage6-Lay bay leaves on top of meat and rub mustard over meat.
Stage7-Roast leg of lamb in 350 degree fareinhite oven for 45 minutes per pound.

i am looking for a portuguese leg of lamb recipe from many years ago that was marinated in red wine and sherry and then roasted in oven over rice.This swas simply delicious.
