| Dried mint | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Artichoke hearts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Pound | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 Reynolds cooking bag, turkey-size | ||
| Dry white wine | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 6 drops Peychaud's bitters | ||
Directions
Trim most of fat off lamb.
Put flour in bag and shake it up really well.
Salt and pepper lamb and put mint on it really well.
Place lamb in bag.
Put onions, garlic, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts around it.
Mix rest of ingredients with wine and pour around the lamb—not on it.
Tie bag.
Punch 12 holes with fork.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours.
