Directions

In medium skillet brown onion and celery in oil 3 minutes.
With these, mix flour and curry powder, blending until smooth.
Add beef broth, catsup, and salt.
Let simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Last, add cooked lamb and chopped apple, continue to simmer for 20 minutes more.
Serve the lamb curry over rice.

This was a terrific recipe for leftover Easter leg of lamb! Highly recommend. I did add some wine near the end to keep a bit more moist!
