1 packet rotini(spiral pasta)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp basil
2-3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Grilled chicken – a breasts (cut into small cubes)
1 tbsp freshly crushed pepper
Tomato puree – 1 can
Parmesan cheese – 3 tbsp (grated)
Directions
Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet. Keep aside.
Take a pan and add the olive oil. Add in the garlic and onions. Saute till the onions are soft. Add in the tomato puree. Add in the salt, pepper and basil. Cook till the sauce reduces considerably. Add the pasta and the chicken cubes. Mix well. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Yummy that’s what this complete meal is going to be.
