Ingredients

 Rice, whatever is left over
 Peas, whatever is left over
 1/2 lb. soft-fried bacon bits or cubes
 Mustard seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion powder1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Grated cheddar cheese, enough to cover top
 Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated (small amount)
 Dried parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Louisiana hot sauce, to taste
 Eggs, beaten with dry white wine (2,4, or 6—depending on how much leftovers you have)

Directions

Combine all these ingredients and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
