Ingredients

 Leftover meat (any one or a mixture of beef, pork, chicken, venison, lamb, etc.)
 Hard-boiled eggs, as many as you like
 Dill pickles, to taste
 All these ingredients in any proportion you like, grind and chop fine in the food processor
 Mayonnaise, to taste
 Durkee's dressing, if you like, to taste
 India relish, to taste
 Louisiana hot sauce, to taste
 Lea & Perrins Worcestershire, to taste
 Salt, again, to taste

Directions

Mix all of this in a mixing bowl and make sandwiches or serve as a salad.
Leave mayonnaise and Durkee's out and this can be frozen in portions and used with mayonnaise when wanted.
