Leftover Meat Spread Or Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Leftover meat (any one or a mixture of beef, pork, chicken, venison, lamb, etc.) | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs, as many as you like | ||
| Dill pickles, to taste | ||
| All these ingredients in any proportion you like, grind and chop fine in the food processor | ||
| Mayonnaise, to taste | ||
| Durkee's dressing, if you like, to taste | ||
| India relish, to taste | ||
| Louisiana hot sauce, to taste | ||
| Lea & Perrins Worcestershire, to taste | ||
| Salt, again, to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all of this in a mixing bowl and make sandwiches or serve as a salad.
Leave mayonnaise and Durkee's out and this can be frozen in portions and used with mayonnaise when wanted.
