Leftover Ham and Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
| Noodles package | 1 | |
| Ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Cream-of mushroom soup - 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Broccoli package | 1 | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| French-fried onions - 1 can (2.8 ounce) | ||
| Pimiento - as needed | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease bottom of a 2-quart oval baking dish.
MAKING
3. Cook noodles following instructions on the package; drain.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together noodles and ham.
5. In a medium saucepan, combine mushroom soup and milk; bring the liquids to boiling with constant stirring.
6. Remove the pan from heat and stir in sour cream.
FINALISING
7. In the greased baking dish, layer bottom with noodles and ham mixture.
8. Pour the soup mixture to the baking dish.
9. Top with broccoli in spoke-fashion as shown in the picture.
10. Cover the bowl with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
11. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese and French-fried onions as shown in the picture.
12. Return the bowl back into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
SERVING
13. Garnish with pimiento at centre.
