Leftover Chicken Or Turkey Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup finely-chopped celery
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients; add mayonnaise and water.
Lightly fold in egg slices.
Cover with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes until bubbly.
