Leek And Brie Pizza Fingers Recipe
|Butter||50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Sliced leeks||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
|Whipping cream||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cups)|

|Flat bread||1 Large, cut in half|
|Brie cheese||1⁄4 Pound, cut into bits (125 Grams)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|

Add cream and bring to boil; boil, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes or until thickened and reduced by half.
Stir in Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Spread leek mixture over bread; scatter Brie over top.
Bake on baking sheets in 400Â°F (200Â°C) oven for about 12 minutes or until crust is crisped and cheese melted.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cut into fingers to serve.
