Leek And Brie Pizza Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Leeks | 6 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Whipping cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 long flat bread, cut in half | ||
| 1/4 lb Brie cheese, cut into bits 125 g | ||
| Chopped fresh parsley | ||
| Pinch each salt and pepper | ||

Directions
In large heavy pan, melt butter over medium low heat; cook leeks for 15 minutes or until softened but not browned.
Add cream and bring to boil; boil, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes or until thickened and reduced by half.
Stir in Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Spread leek mixture over bread; scatter Brie over top.
Bake on baking sheets in 400°F (200°C) oven for about 12 minutes or until crust is crisped and cheese melted.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cut into fingers to serve.
