Lebanese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 2 , peeled | |
| Roma tomatoes | 4 | |
| Red onion | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 , squeezed | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Spearmint -€“ 3 tbsp, fresh, chopped or Mint leaves -€“ 1 tbsp, dried | ||
| Black olives -€“ ½ cup, Kalamata or oil-cured, pitted, sliced | ||
| Feta cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a salad bowl, add all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and toss thoroughly.
2. Allow the salad to chill for at least 3 hours for the flavors to blend.
SERVING
3. Serve in chilled salad plates lined with raw grapes, lettuce, cabbage leaves, or tacos.
