Leaf Spinach Latin Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh spinach
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Wash spinach and cut off tough stems.
Place in a large saucepan.
Cover and cook over low heat for 6 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to blend.
