Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, press the garlic through a press and add the lemon juice
2) Using the knife, chop the parsley and add
3) Stir in together the olive oil, buttermilk, caraway seeds, dry mustard, salt, and pepper
4) Under a running tap, wash the lettuce leaves and allow to dry

SERVING
5) Mount the leaves onto 2 plates and then add in the dressing and enjoy
