Stew veal - 2 lb.
Cooking oil
Curry powder - 3 tbsp.
Rice - 2 cups
Frozen mixed vegetables - 2 pkg.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Instant minced onion - 2 tbsp.
Chicken bouillon cubes - 2
Boiling water - 5 cups
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cut the veal into 3/4-inch pieces.
2) Grease a 2-quart casserole using oil.
MAKING
3) In a frypan, heat a little oil.
4) Add in the veal and brown well.
5) Stir in the curry powder.
6) In the casserole, add rice, mixed vegetables, salt, onion, bouillon cubes and veal and mix well.
7) Add water over the top and cover.
8) Place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour, till liquid is absorbed.
9) Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
SERVING
10) Serve hot.
