Lazy Day Langoustine Newburg Recipe
Ingredients
| Light cream | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White sauce envelope | 1 | |
| Egg yolks | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 5-ounce can lobster, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Patty shells or toast points | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Blend cream into sauce mix; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir small amount hot liquid into yolks; return to hot mixture.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Stir in Langoustine and sherry; heat through.
Serve in baked patty shells or over toast; sprinkle with paprika.
