 Light cream1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 White sauce envelope1
 Egg yolks2 , beaten
 1 5-ounce can lobster, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
 Dry sherry2 Tablespoon
 Patty shells or toast points
 Paprika

Directions

Blend cream into sauce mix; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir small amount hot liquid into yolks; return to hot mixture.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Stir in Langoustine and sherry; heat through.
Serve in baked patty shells or over toast; sprinkle with paprika.
