1 Head Lettuce, shredded
 
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
 
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
 
1 Pkg. Frozen Peas, partially cooked and cooled
 
1 1/2 to 2 Cups Mayonnaise
 
2 Tbs. Sugar
 
4 Oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese
 
1/4 Cup Bacon Bits

Directions

Starting with lettuce, put each ingredient in a 9 x 13 pan in separate layer in order given.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Add bacon bits just before serving.
