Layered Rice And Green Chilies Recipe
Ingredients
| Raw rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese | ||
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cook rice and mix with sour cream.
Spread half the mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.
Place grated Jack cheese on top of rice mixture, then sprinkle with chilies.
Spread remaining sour cream and rice mixture over the top.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Cover and cook in 350° oven for 25-35 minutes.
Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
