Ingredients

 
Orange gelatin-2, 3-ounces, packages
 
Sugar-3 tablespoons
 
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
 
Frozen cranberry-orange relish-1 package
 
Cranberry juice-1/3 cup
 
Cottage cheese-2 cups
 
Celery-1 cup, chopped
 
Walnuts-1/2 cup, chopped
 
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
 
Sour cream -1 cup

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
2)Add sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and relish.
3)Take a mold and pour the mixture into it.
4)Chill until firm.
5)Take a saucepan and pour cranberry juice into it, bring to a boil.
6)Add and dissolve remaining gelatin in hot cranberry juice.
7)Add cottage cheese, celery, walnuts remaining lemon juice and salt.
8)Add sour cream and pour over firm gelatin.
9)Chill until firm.

SERVING
10)Serve the layered cranberry salad chilled.
