Layered Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Refried beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salsa | 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and blend well.
Combine the refried beans and salsa in another bowl and mix well, adjusting amount of salsa if necessary to achieve a spreadable consistency.
Layer half the cream cheese mixture in a microwave-safe dish.
Layer half the bean mixture over the cream cheese layer and half the Cheddar cheese over the bean layer.
Repeat the layers.
Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until top layer of cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, dipping through all layers.
