Layered Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Stuffed olives | 6 , chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 6 Large | |
| Lettuce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and olives.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut a thin slice from the stem ends of the tomatoes, remove cores and cut each tomato into 3 slices, crosswise.
Put slices together with cheese mixture to make 6 servings.
Serve on lettuce and top with remaining cheese mixture.
