Layered Supper Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Carrots | 2 Medium, sliced | |
| Long grain rice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Onions | 2 Small, sliced | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
In 2 quart casserole, layer potatoes, carrots, rice, onions, ground beef and tomatoes.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Microwave at high (10) 28 to 36 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Cook on Combination Code 3, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
